Felt really good this afternoon so I decided to w/o anyway. Had a great w/o. Moved the dips and pullups to after weighted work. Dips did indeed suffer but they are sort of a side project I am working on.

It's funny how my 3 day workout cycles go harder -> easier -> easy and then bump up again. 3 days a week 5x5

Romanian Deadlift

Week 7 95 115 135 145 155

Squat

Week 7 95 115 135 145 155

Bench Press

Week 7 95 115 135 145 155

Row

Week 7 65 75 85 95 105

Military Press

Week 7 65 75 85 95 105

Pull Ups
Dips

Got a pain in my right hand between the thumb and index finger sort of back toward the wrist. Affecting my grip on RDLs. Otherwise feeling great.

Still super stoked my shoulder is doing so good!

Closed out week 7 good and strong. Said it was 7 last time but it was 6.

I believe I am going to defer the dips for a bit. Been having a little shoulder joint discomfort since I added those. See if it clears up.

I ran them from time to time in 2010-2011. They were just too much for my old, fat body.
