Bar dips? I guess, my bench has an attachment for dips.

I don't want to lead anyone on, it's noted in here earlier, but I am using some light assistance for dips and chins. I'm a lardass!

yeah sounds like bar dips my bench has the same attachment on the back for doing dips.
