Week #8 Day #2 DL 7/1 @ 242.5 7 Goal PR! DB OHP 21/1 @ 25 21 Goal : Ahhhhhh! Dips 21/3 BW 7,7,7 Goal Chin Ups 21/3 7,7,7 Another Grade A workout. Wish I could work out early morning all the time. I'm in the 8th week of this Rep Goal workout. I really am seeing some good results! Had some nice muscle development particularly in the shoulders and shoulders are feeling better than ever. I've tweaked a few things here and there but it is basically this workout Muscle and Brawn Fullbody Workout Thanks Steve!
