Tried some Jack3d before my workout yesterday. Can't say I really experienced what the label claims. It came with a sample pack of PowerFull which is supposed to be a GH releaser and sleep aid. Feel good today at any rate. Just got back from a walk with Dixie. Breakfast on tap and then a few hours paddling.

I never had good luck with Jack3d. I always felt like an outside because so many people like it.

I have tried Jack3D. It isnt bad, just have to find the right amount for you.

Day 2 of week 5 completed Sat. Weights are beginning to like they are attacking now.

Sun got out on the river and paddled for a few hours. Shoulders and back were TOASTED! Held the hammock down the rest of day.

Off tonight (lawn mowing) and ready to close out week 5 tomorrow evening.

248 this morning, up 4 pounds since the start. Got to get a Muscle Building diet worked out.
