Week #12, Day #3, my 5x5 3 times a week
DL 135 135 155 175 185 Squat 115 135 155 175 180 +2 BB Row 95 105 115 125 130 +2 OHP 95 105 115 125 130 +1 Bench 95 105 115 125 130 +2 DB Curls 25 25 25 25 25 Holy Hell! What a HOTT day in the Sweat-A-Torium! I have decided to incorporate regular deadlifts into my routine. They are a different animal than RDLs. So much so that I am going to keep the RDLs on Wednesdays and deadlift on Monday and Friday. I mainly felt the deadlifts in my lats but we will see what Sat and Sun bring. ![]() On Fridays I push for a few more reps on tops sets. The heat really sapped my energy today and I only got one extra on OHP. I was PISSED!

Deloading continues this week. Feeling better already
