Week #10, Day #2, my 5x5 3 times a week
RDL 115 135 155 165 170 Squat 115 135 155 165 170 BB Row 75 95 105 115 120 OHP 75 95 105 115 120 Bench 75 95 105 115 120 BB Curls 45 45 45 45 45 Good workout. Nothing spectacular but good. Sweated a pool ![]() Played around with assisted pull ups using stretch bands. Need to take one or two off next time as they were a little too easy.
