Week #9, Day #1, my 5x5 3 times a week
RDL 115 135 145 155 165 Squat 115 135 145 155 165 Bench Press 115 135 145 155 165 Row 75 85 95 110 115 Military Press 75 85 95 110 115 Starting 3rd month of consistent workouts so I'm gonna label this comeback successful. None of the old shoulder pain anymore. Turned the crank again! Added 5# across all lifts. I also adjusted my set weights again to spread things out. It felt good to note that my starting weights are now what my finishing weights were in week #1! It also felt great to see those 35#ers heading toward the ceiling again! ![]() Feelin' HOSS tonite!!!
