Squat 135x10 225x5 275x3 295x3 315x2 315x2 back off sets - squats 225x5 225x5 225x5 heavy walk outs 390x15 second hold (thought it was going to collapse me but felt good!) Squat felt good today. Excited to be repping 315 now. |
