Deadlift 135x8 225x5 295x3 375x1 390x2 PR!!! (Had wife slap me hard in the face for a motivator on this one, lol, it worked) back off sets of deadlift 275x5 275x5 225x8 225x8 absolutely exhausted so I did shrugs and called it a day. disciplined shrugs 225x12 225x10 225x8 Dead tired now. Eating a huge plate of bacon and eggs right now

Standing overhead press 95x10 115x5 135x3 155x1 - PR!!! backoff OHP 135x5 135x4 - missed #5 about halfway up 115x6 115x7 - #7 was an absolute GRIND Close Grip Bench 145x10 145x10 145x10 145x6 - arms completely gave out from under me, close call with face and bar. WTH? Lower back MUSCLES still extremely sore and tight from the deadlift a couple days ago. I'll be soaking in a hot tub for an hour later on tonight. Overall a strong session. I'm still eating big and weights are still going up on the lifts. Finally back up to 184 BW. |

BTB, yeah I just couldn't push anymore. No gas type feeling.
5/14 Squat 135x10 185x5 225x3 275x2 315x2 345x1. - PR! 3x5 - 225 Squats felt good! I was really questioning myself on the 345 attempt as I was lifting alone. Decided to get my wife to watch and had her record it on the phone. I love proving myself wrong! It was awesome, I might of had another 10 lbs in the tank but i'll get it next time. |
