Squats: 135x12 205x5 225x5 260x7 backoff sets of squats, nice and deep til hams touch calves 185 for 3 sets of 8 I felt fairly weak on the last squat set. I was expecting 9-10 reps. I'll get it next Monday though. |

Bench Press warm up 5 reps 185 3 reps 205 5 sets 2 reps of 225 backoff sets 5 sets 5 reps of 185 standing tricep barbell extensions with ez curl bar 4 sets 12 reps with 60 lbs of plates(don't know weight of bar) Good workout - bench felt strong. I'm not shaking hardly at all holding the heavier weight. Couple months ago I could feel the lats and arms shake a little bit. I imagine this is the CNS being more comfortable with the weight? |

I am sure your CNS has made the adjustment to taking on a heavier load. Also I am sure you have gotten stronger over that time frame. Lots of time dealing with near max weight takes a few weeks to get the body accustom to the load. Nice work.
