Short session. Had to try pulling with the new belt. Sure does "bite" hard into my sides. Belt has pretty sharp edges, anybody ever heard of filing down the edges or anything like that?

Nice volume for deads if you ask me!

You will get used to the belt. I don't think modifying it will make much difference.

Also, a belt can be "too" tight. Check the .pdf below from McGill...
You want the belt to brace your normal core position, not crush it.
See if you can let out a notch and still get good counter pressure from the belt while abdominal bracing.

Has it really been this long? I got sick with a cold for a week and didn't lift and then went on vacation in Texas visiting my brother. I gotta get back at it on Monday when I get home....
