Bench - BEST BENCH DAY EVER warm up 185x8 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 - best 5 sets of 5 weight!, thought I was done but was feeling good so I continued ![]() 225x3 225x3 - on top of that volume, first time i've hit 2 triples with 225! Who'd a thought you could hit a PR triplex2 sets after you hit a PR 5x5! |

Squat - no belt no wraps warm up 225x5 275x5 275x5 275x5 275x5 295x5 - PR - last rep might not have hit depth, it was close according to wife Barbell rows 165x8 165x8 165x8 I LOVE that my squats are still going up! I'm getting much stronger coming out of the hole and it just motivates me. Successful squats are a HUGE confidence builder for me, as they've traditionally been what I lag behind on regarding the big 3. |
