I get that when I take creatine and squat. It takes about 10 minutes in between sets before I am ready.

If it continues get some taurine and take a TBSP 3-4x a day in your drinks. It generally helps.

I don't supplement creatine. But I do get taurine, I think, from vitamin pack (Animal pak). I'll double check. Thanks for the heads up. I got 'the pump' again today but I kept to lower reps and it definitely helps for me.

Squat day - no belt no wraps

325x1 - PR for no belt no wrap
345x0 - only got about half way down. I was toast.

Felt awesome. Been a long time since I had a PR in squat since switching to completely raw. Had to be patient and stay true to the plan of complete raw. I wish I would've started thatcway and then go to belt and wraps. Even though its less than what I've done with belt and wraps. I KNOW I'm stronger now than before...
