Push press 95x5 115x5 125x3 140x6 - PR - Almost got 7 but just couldn't quite lock it out at the very top. I guess by the charts this is slightly more than my 135x7 last week. Starting the deload week. Will be back on a fresh new 5/3/1 cycle next Monday. |

Squat 135x5 185x5 225x3 275x3 310x6 - Belt and knee wraps added. New PR! I was so pumped to hit this! All deep too! Back off sets (No wraps and no belt) all deep until hams touch calves 225x5 225x5 225x5 Heavy walk outs (belt) 390xwalk out, hold for 20 secs 390xwalk out, hold for 20 secs Great session. Wasn't feeling it at all today all day long until i got the PreWO and some nitric oxide in and that stuff changed my mind. Great start to my new 5/3/1 cycle! |

Bench press 135x5 185x5 205x3 225x4 Back off bench work 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 Standing EZ curl bar tricep extension Bar+70 x 12 Bar+70 x 12 Bar+80 x 10 Bar+80 x 9 Decent session, really wanted 5 reps at 225 but it'll have to be next week. Back off sets went well. Hadn't done this tricep exercise for weeks and it is certainly higher than I had done. I HAVE to get 235 for 4 reps on the bench next week. |

Deadlift 135x5 225x5 275x3 315x3 355x5 Lat pull Downs 150x8 150x6 120x12 120x10 Barbell rows 135x8 135x8 135x8 Decent session. Should've been able to get another Rep or two on the final deadlift set. Poor eating over the last couple days and poor sleep last night. I gotta get my crap together. Gotta lift big next week. This proves to me how important it is to keep the eating habits in line, especially protein intake. |
