Got in some shenanigans today: One-arm dumbbell press: 1x3x45 1x2x50 2x1x60 2x1x70 (bit of leg drive) 1x1x80 1x1x85 Bottom-position Zercher: 1x3x135 1x2x225 1x1x275 1x1x300 1x1x335 1x1x355 1x0x365 Pull-ups: 2 sets of 10

Clean and Press: 1x5x95 3x5x115 3x3x135 All the sets were done fairly strictly, so these are big PRs. Deadlift: 1x3x135 1x2x225 1x1x315 1x1x365 1x1x405 3x1x440 Barbell curl: 1x5x80 1x5x95 3x5x105 1x8x95 Got some bad cramping in my trapezius muscle, but other than that today was pretty darn good.

All things considered, I much rather prefer the method of working up to one heavy set and moving on to another lift for the day - especially on the big lifts. Taking the weekend off and doing more deadlifts on Monday. Going in for 460.
