Presses felt bad - strained a tendon in my arm last night. Switched to squats:

Left hip was still a bit wonky from last week's pulling.

So a shit lifting session today. On a positive note, my gym's power grid shut down right afterward, so I got to go home early from work. hahaha

In the trenches:

Anyone who has been following my progress thus far can tell that pulling movements are my strong point - specifically the deadlift. I have decided that in the future I will be (horrors!) de-emphasizing the squat in my workouts and concentrating mainly on pulls and presses. If anything I'll keep up with front squats/zerchers if I feel like doing something else.

Reasons are a combination of feeling adventurous and because I never feel like doing anything but pulling and overhead pressing when I'm in the gym. haha

In commemoration, tomorrow is deadlift day.
