Squat: 1x1x135 1x1x185 1x1x225 1x1x275 2x1x315 1x1x340 10x1x365 (PR) Threw in some chin-ups: BWx10 +35x5 +50x5 +70x4 Wasn't feeling it, so I left. Said 'screw it' and piled on the weight today. It's balls to the ****ing wall, man.

Tried some benching in the rack to start out with. Felt weaker than Bud Light, so I switched to shrugs: 1x5x225 1x5x315 1x5x405 1x5x495 10x3x565 I was pissed off about my bench press today, so I went at it again on the regular bench: 1x3x135 1x5x185 2x5x205 1x5x225 (PR)
