Bench Press: 135x4 155x2 185x1 (felt heavy for some stupid reason) 175x2 (this too) 155x3 175x3 185x2 Used a closer grip today to experiment. Don't know if I like it much. Deadlift: 135x2 225x1 315x1 365x1 395x5x1 405x1 Working around 85-87%; they were pretty fast. I was psyched-up and ready to wrestle a cougar afterward, so I just starting throwing shit together: Barbell Curl: 100x3x5 Weighted Dips: +35x4 +50x3x4 +60x3x4 Felt stronger after training than going in. I'll have to experiment a bit, but so far it seems like I actually have more energy when I just wake up and get after it.

I forgot to put this into my post: my gym just got in another power rack today. Literally. I was working in that place at 7am and it was not there. Not that anyone at my gym uses them for anything other than curling or pull-up stations...but I sure as heck will.

Squat: 135x1 225x2x1 275x1 315x1 335x10x1 Took longer than I would have liked. Need to cut down on the warm-up time. Clean-and-Press: 115x3 135x1 150x1 155x3x1 165x0 155x2x1 155x2 165x1 All done fast.
