Went to Southside Bully today and attended a bench press seminar by Rob Luyando. A crazy amount of information -- it's all still swimming around in my head. Bench 100 X3 110 X5 120 X1 125 X0 miss -- this has been my sticking point lately 125 X1 PR!! add Size 53 Inzer Super Duper Phenom 140 X1 160 X1
