Great news! Haven't felt the hammie in 2 days! Woooooooooo hoooooooo!
Ok, benched at Southside tonight. Dec 5th, 2012 50 X5 70 X5 100 X5 100 X5 with 4 board 120 X5 with 4 board 140 X5 with 4 board 160 X5 with 4 board Finished with tricep death which is 5 reps each off 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 boards without stopping. Tricep death with 90 lbs and 100 lbs. It's very close to cardio
