Bench 45 X5 55 X10 105 X3 115 X1 120 X1 120 X1 *add slingshot 145 X3 160 X3 175 X2 *add 3 board 190 X5 210 X2 230 X2 Then they put me in a denim shirt for fun 135 X15ish off several different sized boards, just getting a feel

Worked up to my meet openers Squat 55X5 105X5 145X5 195X5 195X3 225X1X1 Deadlift 135X5 185X5 225X5 255X3 285 X1X1 My openers for the meet will be 225 sq/120 be/285 dl -- my 3rd attemps at my last meet were 221/120/270 I'm so excited for UPA!!
