Oct 22

I took a physical agility test today for a job at a different dept I recently applied to. It tuckered me right out so I figured I'd log it, lol

As many push-ups as you could do in 1 min (real, on your toes, not girl push-ups): 29
As many sit-ups as you could do in 1 min: 23
300 Meter "sprint": 1:34
1.5 mile run (yuck-o): 20:33

I think my body is in shock from that 1.5 mile run. I haven't gone for a run in a very long time... and boy I could tell today!

Thanks Kit -- I was depressed about it. I few years ago I was running 15-20 miles a week. I was doing several 5k's a summer, a few 10k's. Back then it would have taken me 15 min. Today, it took over 20. Blargh.

I would have take retirement after 1st two events ... You did very very good Jen ...

That's actually a pretty good session to do during days when one is not training with weights

Not that many people can do 29 proper push ups in a minute.
