Oct 9th

Tonight I benched at a gym called SouthSide Bully. After I posted a pic of myself hitting my 315 dead on Facebook, the owner of SouthSide reached out to me and invited me down to workout with him, his wife (who has a 450 shirted bench -- yes his WIFE has a 450 shirted bench), and their regular bench crew. So, of course I said hell yes! Here are the results: My previous best was 115 -- I missed 120 at my last meet in June of this year.
