Thank you, my friend. I pulled 225X10 a couple weeks ago, so this pi**ed me off! But, the longer I train the more I realize any given day can be good or bad, you just never know.

No lifting Fri or Sat. Fri was a 17 hour shift, Sat was worthless.

I did track cals/protein those two days. They were: Fri: 2050/236, Sat 1830/128
