It's really tough to tell right now. My energy has sucked -- but I think that is related to this crazy work schedule I've had. So I think I will have to wait until things calm down at work to really figure that out. The scale showed a 4.5 lb loss today. I know it's just week one honeymoon stuff -- but I was happy

Hmmm...230 x 6...I wonder how many females could do that after all the other reps...or, more to the point, how many could do that once even without all the other reps
