Squat 45 X5 95 X5 115 X3 130 X3 150 X3 170 fatigue = 12 ** wore a belt for the first time. Dont really know what Im doing with it. Wearing it more to break it so its more comfortable when I get to heavy weights. Good Mornings 95 2X10 25 lb weighted side bends 2X15 each
