** doing variation of 5/3/1 -- this is the light week OHP 45 2X5 50 1X3 55 1X5 60 1X5 65 fatigue = 14 CGBP 75 2X5 85 2X5 95 2X5 BB Row 95 2X5 115 2X5 135 2X3 PR!! -- This sh*t was heavy, I'm not gonna lie, lol Cardio: Taking the kiddos (teenagers -- so, kicking and screaming) to a nearby national park for some hiking!
