** this workout only took 24 minutes...... which I'm not sure is a good thing?! CGBP 45 2X5 75 2X5 85 2X5 OHP 45 2X5 50 1X3 60 1X5 70 1X5 75 fatigue = 8 DB Rows 30 lbs 3X10 each arm ** Im doing a variation of a 5/3/1 -- this week is the 1 week -- I need to up the weights across the board to try to get reps 5 or under. MOAR weight time!

5-3-1 is a solid program. Looking forward to seeing you smash PRs.
Also, I am guessing OHP was the "main" lift today, with the rep out. So why did you start off with CGBP instead of OHP? Any specific reason? |

Bench 45 2X5 65 1X5 85 1X5 95 1X5 105 fatigue = 6 Deadlifts, 3" off floor 100 1X5 125 1X5 155 1X5 185 1X3 205 1X5 225 fatigue = 9 Did some additional ab stuff, side bends, weighted sit ups, etc.
