Great lifting Jen, and a late congrats on your first meet. I almost made it to the Cam-Am meet you were at but my lack of planning bit me in the butt. The Ireland meet would be really cool and I think the rules might be slightly different than the Can-Am meet. Keep up the great work.

Deadlift 100 1X5 135 1X5 155 1X3 175 1X3 195 1X3 220 fatigue = 10! Woo! (I was excited about this one, lol) Goblet Squats 25 2X15 Side bends, weighted crunches 15 reps @ 25 lbs 2 sets all the way around -- doesn't sound like much, but last time I did these my side were barking for days!
