Deadlifts 100 1X5 125 1X5 150 1X3 160 1X5 185 1X5 210 To faltigue -- today that was 4 :/ Goblet Squats 25 lb 2X10 Abs (Yes, Abs...LOL) 2 sets weighted crunches (15 reps each) 2 sets 25 lb weighted side bends (15 reps each)
