First lift in a couple weeks! Felt great!
Started a 5/3/1 4 day split. July 2, 2012 Seated OHP: 45 2X5 50 1X3 55 1x5 60 1x5 70 To fatigue, tonight 9 CGBP 85 1X5 95 1X5 100 2X4, failed on both sets, wanted 5 reps BB ROW 95 1X5 105 1X5 115 2X5 Cardio: 25 min elliptical, 20 min HIIT (which kicked my ass)
