** Met up with Jslep today at a gym did the lifts I will be doing at the meet next week. Thank you Jason for your help!! I didn't write any of this down.... I am going off memory -- but it went something like this: Squat -- Monolift! That was sweeeeet. I'm def not lifting heavy enough to lift off this machine, but it was fun to play with. 105 1X5 145 1X5 185 2x5 185 1x1 205 1x1 225 1x3 *hack squats -- trying to just feel the weight Bench 45 1X8 75 2X4 105 2X3ish 115 failed. Twice. Deadlift 155 1X5 190 1X5 223 1X3 243 1X1X2 *Im not sure on the exact warm up weights -- the collars were different and it screwed me up with my math. The only one I know for sure, for sure was the max at 243. Did this twice with no straps. Yay!

Have you tried a smaller increment yet? For the bench, a 10 lbs increase for women is quite hefty especially as you start hiting the wall, so to speak. Better to try smaller increments and make progress which I think you would if you added 5 lbs and then went from there.
I realise that may be harder at a gym but at home I have no problems adding smaller increments...they may have suitable plates at the gym you go to, they have 1.25kg plates at the fitness centre here which is great for those smaller increments when all else seems to fail. Still a great session though! Nothing to berate yourself over
