Thank you! My meet is on the 28th. Its not a big deal, its a Police/Fire "games" with 55 different events. There are only 15 lifters total. Only 3 women and they are little tiny farts. 114 and 132 -- I practically weight more then the two of them combined. LOL! I'm excited though, been driving BTB nuts with questions

Size of the meet at this point doesnt matter!!! Its the fact your out there doing it. I am sure your not bothering BTB, he loves this stuff just like everyone else here!

Jen we are going to formulate a new plan post-meet. I think 4x a week, 60 hour workouts, some supporting work for bench to help bring it up.
