Squat 95 2X5 135 1X5 155 1X5 185 3X5 -- felt really good, depth was the best yet with 185 OHP 65 2X5 75 1X5 85 1X4, 1X3. 1X4 (fails) BB Row 75 2X10 95 2X5 115 3X5 ** Working sets have changed to 3X5 after much discussion with my coach! The 5X5 working sets were starting to take 2 hours or more to finish the workout. Todays lift took about 70 minutes. It felt really good -- I feel good, not exhausted like I have been. As BTB would say -- workout grade -- B+!
