Squat 95 2X5 135 1X5 155 1X5 185 5X5 The first 3 sets of 5 were managable. The 4th set was getting tough and made me see sparklies -- the 5th set were fairly pathetic. Bench 80 2X5 90 1X5 100 5X5 PR!! Wooooo! I heard Rog in my head -- Big breath! Tuck, tuck, tuck ![]() Deadlift 155 1X5 185 1X5 205 1X3 230 1X3 PR!-- put straps on for this last set -- wanted 5 reps but I'll take 3!!
