Yes! I do feel very lucky to be training with these folks (even if it is just once a week!) Definitely going to be punching the clock more often -- it's *finally* warming up here enough that I might be able to start using my own weights again!! Whoop!

140 X5 (almost got stapled on the last one, no idea what happened there )
added belt and wraps (added earlier than normal because I felt weak as hell)
