Bench 50 X10 70 X10 90 X5 100 X5 ** add wraps 115 X5 120 X3 140 X3 -- off a 2 board (JB and Gasp -- I just realized it was a 50 lb bar, LOL -- so not 135, but 140 -- woo!) Low pin rack pulls 135 X10 185 X10 225 X5 275 X3 300 X2 315 X1 330 X1 -- Finally locked this out!! Woooooo!!!!!

'grats on the pull
nice bench numbers, too.i hate those 50 lb. bars. at any gym where i've worked out, the 50 lb'ers always have a bright silver finish and are thicker. but not all bars that look like that are 50 lb. bars. sometimes i swear a bar feels heavier but i can't be sure haha |
