![]() As for clean and low carbs, they can make a huge difference, especially when you're more used to having high carbs with the occasional junk carb thrown in. I've found recently that while I have not been eating that much in calorie terms, weight loss has stalled. I'm probably eating too many trash carbs even though I don't have that many at all. If you're going low carb, it will suck though! But the rewards of a more svelte Mike will be worth it

Thanks mab! I had a great time with you and your family. For sure we will do a meet again. I'll get you down to Richmond or I'll come to West Virginia if a meet pops up over your way. Thanks again for all your help and doing the videos, Alex ! Thanks, Kuyt! I have studied carb back loading and a few other lower carb ideas. None seem like things I can follow, but I do know I can limit my carbs to totally clean sources and that that has a good effect on me. I plan to be totally strict. No junk, not even for a reward for myself. Totally clean for one month and see where I'm at. Cross your fingers! ![]() Thanks for your suport. There's almost surely going to be a meet in Richmond next year, so the plan is to get into good shape and go after a bigger total there.
