Honestly, probably the 3rd or 4th. Triples of full C&J are seriously taxing. If I could, I would do the Oly stuff in the AM and the other stuff in the PM... Someday I'll be able to setup a gym at home, and I will train that way.

Good work as always tank. Just push through the "hard times" brother, probably just your nervous system that adopts to the greater workload!

An anecdote for your entertainment:

While doing my Snatches I heard this guy turn to his skinny-fat workout partner and ask, "What is that he's doing?" referring to me doing the Snatch.

The skinny-fat guy calls the lift something other than a Snatch, something ridiculous I've never heard of.

The other guy says, "What does it work?"

Skinny-fat guy starts to name every muscle he's ever heard of, and then says, "It's basically full-body."

The other guy says, "Yeah, but what muscle gets bigger?"

I forgot to mention, these guys were on the Smith Machine, of course...

ah, the blind leading the blind.

Session A1

Warm-up
Jump-rope, bodyweight squats, shoulder dislocates, bar-only reps of various movements.

Snatch Singles
65 (29) x 2
85 (38) x 2
105 (47) x 2
115 (52) x 1
115 (52) x 1
125 (56) x 0 - Miss
125 (56) x 0 - Miss
115 (52) x 1
120 (54) x 1
125 (56) x 1
130 (59) x 1 PR!

Back Squats
180 (81) x 5
180 (81) x 5
180 (81) x 5

Press
105 (47) x 8
105 (47) x 8
105 (47) x 8 Rep PR!

Incline Bench Press
125 (56) x 8
125 (56) x 8
125 (56) x 8

Conditioning/Cool-down
Jump-rope, and then Stretching

Notes
I had an epiphany tonight: increasing the weight in the Oly lifts works on a steep curve. In a nutshell, I was disappointed at how difficult 130 was tonight, but thinking about it later I realized... that's more than half my body weight, and I've only been training this way for a month. Competitors in the freakin' OLYMPICS "only" Snatch twice their body weight, and they've been training most of their lives...

So, progress is going to level off much quicker than it did on the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. I know that probably seems like a no-brainer; I guess I hadn't given it much thought before tonight. I want to clarify that I still love this style of training, and I'm not deterred from my goals in the least!

Moving on... Squats felt great, no problem. Presses felt strong and comfortable, as well as Incline Bench.

My body weight is at 208 and has been within 2 or 3 pounds of that for weeks now. (Not really important, just wanted to make a note.)

You're doing just fine. I think you're making rapid progress, a good combination of form and weight.

The first week or two was a little rough. Mostly joint pain, though. I give props to older guys that transition into it!
