I would lower the reps on those snatches. I cant imagine doing sets of 6 with snatches. Doubles are plenty!

i decided to give myself the day of rest to prevent injury. i'm doing a lot of reading on Oly lifting and will be making some slight changes to the program based on new info. stay tuned!
