lol I dont have a name for them basically I use my muscles to bob more or less in the bottom portion of the squat getting progressively higher and higher. It really activates my glutes and I feel it helps me strengthen my squat by making getting out of the pocket much easier.

I practice bouncing in the hole at times so I know what you mean.
