Chaos squats are squats with hanging KBs or plates on the bar with bands. Very tough on the legs Bench/Squat Day Dang, I am pretty beat up right now! Benched for reps again last night, I hit a speedy 5x7 with 80kg. I then did behind the neck pressing for reps and finished with SSB squats with chains. I am tired and a bit sore but tonight is just gonna be a quick mobility and pump night cos I got some stuff to do. I might also see how much meat I can eat for dinner before feeling Ill! Bench/Squat Day 14/3/13 Bench Press 5x7 80kg BHN Press 3x10-15 SSB No Handle Squat + 3 Chains 1x2 95kg 1x1 110kg 1x1 125kg 1x1 142.5kg (PR) 10x2 80kg 20 secs 6x2 87.5kg 20 secs I used a reasonably low % of max for the backoffs, I suck with that setup and really wanted to get the glutes/hams involved in the lift. These round me over more than just about any lift. |

Bench/Squat Day 16/3/13
Bench Press 7x5 85kg Paused Cambered Squat + Orange Band 1x2 114kg 1x1 129kg 1x1 134kg 1x1 139kg 6x3 104kg 4x2 111.5kg REALY love the cambered bar, destroys the whole PC like no other squat, pausing them actually made more hair grow on my chest. That good. |

Thanks everyone!!
ME Squat Day Solid night tonight, squats were very strong and explosive, I used the cambered bar with a mini and 4 chains. I also paused these nice n deep in the hole for a 3 count. I got damn near my wrapped max with this combo without wraps and a pause, nice. I did about 1000 reps and then pulled sumos for doubles. These were tough and my low back was a tad sore, not sure why. I ended up shaving the last 2 sets off and called it a day. RH hip is a little sore today. ME Squat Day 18/3/13 Paused Cambered Squat + Mini and 4 Chains 1x2 99kg 1x2 114kg 1x1 129kg 1x1 139kg 1x1 146.5kg 8x3 109kg 2x2 117.5kg Sumo Deadlift 10x2 165kg less than 1 min rest Good night, side note ground beef might be the most anabolic substance on earth, always feel great after a big feed of red meat |
