ME Squat Day
Wow, I did crazy bell squats with the cambered bar today, freakin awesome, completely destroyed my legs, really awkward lift, I loved it. I maxed at 131.5kg with 30kg of plates hanging, I then repped triples and doubles. I finished with 12 fast doubles for sumo pulls and high rep band GMs. Great night of lifting. Bench/Squat Day Solid night tonight, started a run at a smolov bench cycle, started very light cos I think my bench is a bit down from previous bests. I hit 4x9 with 75kg which was very much simply speed work. I then worked the guns with JMs and curls. I finished by pause squatting with the SSB and a red band. Pretty good night. Bench/Squat Day 12/3/13 Bench Press 4x9 75kg JM Press 5x10-15 To 40kg Incline Curls 3x8-15 To 13.5kg Rev Curls 2x15 Paused SSB Squat + Red Band 1x3 80kg 1x2 95kg 1x1 110kg 1x1 125kg 1x1 130kg 5x3 95kg |

ME Squat Day
Tonight was crazy bell squats with the straight bar, whoa these were cool, really torched the legs nicely. I hit a max of 135 kg + 30 kg in hanging plates. That means I need to get 21kg out of knee wraps and no hanging plates, if I cant do that by now I am gonna take up knitting. Squats felt great tonight, I really hope I have sorted the bar positioning thing out as I felt like I could get tighter and stay in a much better groove last night. Anyways I did volume backoffs after and these blew me up.
