Very basic tonight, dinner felt like it was sitting right on my chest and made me feel sick. Good thing that squats can cure that!! Lots of solid work tonight between 50-80% of max. Bench press 1x5 60kg 1x5 72.5kg 2x3 85kg 1x1 92.5kg 5x3 97.5kg Press 2x8 Squat 1x3 110kg 1x6 12kg 3x3 130kg 4x2 142.5kg Bar speed on the squats was back where it needs to be. Good sign |

na just speed work Rav
ME Squat Day Farkin tired tonight, I am finding I get to bed later and later nowdays, gotta stop that! Anywyas I squatted with the SSB and a red band, I went to about 315 and that was HEAVY! Good tension from the bands tonight. I then dropped down and hit some reps ending in doubles. I finished by doing a lot of tbar rows and chins. Solid night. ME Squat Day 26/2/13 SSB Squat + Red Band 1x2 95kg 1x1 110kg 1x1 125kg 1x1 141kg (PR) 4x4 95kg 2x2 102.5kg 2x2 107.5kg T Bar Rows 7x7-15 To 65kg Chins Varied Grips 3 Sets To Failure with drop sets |

I use to battle pushing through workouts after long days now hit it in the morning gives me all day to get food in for recovery/rest. If things change to where this isn't possible again its going to be a big adjustment. Takes a lot of dedication to Bang out pr's at the end of the day, way to push.
