ME Squat Day Solid night tonight, I squatted vs 4 chains. I did sets with 3 wheels with short rests for doubles. These sets were moving pretty well so I worked up to a heavy double. Not an organ buster but heavy. I then hit a couple down sets for speed and worked abs, then low back. Solid night. ME Squat Day 13/2/13 Squat + 4 Chains 1x2 110kg 1x2 120kg 7x2 140kg Short Rests 1x2 145kg 1x2 150kg 2x5 100kg Planks 3 sets Seated SSB GMs 4x12 superset with standing GMs for 12’s Back was blown up after the supersets. |

ME Squat Day 17/2/13 AM
Trained twice today, once real early before breakfast and then in the evening, wifey got home all irritable, no way I was hanging around to hear that shit all night LOL. This morning was cambered squats with the red band, up to a new max and then repped triples after, followed by pull thrus, GHRs and abs. Legs were swoled up after this and I felt great. Bench/Squat Day
Great night of lifting tonight, I benched for millions of sets at moderate intensity, I then pressed overhead and finished with speed squats. Very solid night squats felt great and were moving very well, as was bench. Bench/Squat Day 18/2/13 Bench press 1x5 60kg 1x4 72.5kg 3x2 85kg 5x3 90kg 1x5 60kg 1x5 72.5kg 4x4 85kg Press 3x8 Squat 1x5 95kg 2x4 110kg 5x3 120kg 30 secs 3x2 125kg 1x6 110kg Good bar speed on all lifts. |
