Today I am carrying a wonderful bloat! Full of energy and feeling very strong. I worked up to a 160kg cambered squat with a mini and 4 chains. Nice lift. I then did speed work, some chair deadlifts and abs and single leg work. Felt good to eat like a man and train like one again. ME Squat Day 20/1/13 Cambered Squat + Mini & 4 Chains 1x3 115kg 1x2 130kg 1x1 145kg 1x1 155kg 1x1 160kg 5x4 90kg 30 secs 3x2 95kg 2x2 100kg Chair Deadlifts Lots of triples to 80kg, Meh not sure of this exercise. Split Squats 3x20 Abs 2 sets |

ME Squat Day
Tonight I box squatted off a low box with a wide stance, I used 4 chains Per side and went to a max single of 155kg, very tough lift! I then hit speed sets with 100kg- 110kg TNG. I finished up by hitting a bunch of chins and then T bar rows. Very good night of lifting again. ME Squat Day
Very quick one tonight, am very beat up right now, very sore around my lats and shoulder blade muscles, arms are feeling it too, got a 2 day break coming up as were off to the lake again so I’ll heal up then, haven’t missed a training day since new yrs yet so no wonder! Think I’ve squatted for all but one or 2 of those days also. Anywho tonight I squatted with the SSB and 3 chains. I went to a max single of 141kg for a tough PR, I then hit 2 rep sets off the high box real wide. I moved to swings after for reps and then leg curls to finish. Will aim for more volume next workout. ME Squat Day
A very tough workout last night, I box squatted with the cambered bar and 4 chains to a max, I then immediately dropped down and squatted max singles, I think I hit about 4 each run. It was basically a max single every 15-20 secs. 8 in total. BRUTAL. I then pulled snatch grip sumos from a defecit. Wow very tough. I finished with abs and hammies. Good day. Try that next time you squat, especially if you suck at grinding reps.
