You are doing some very strong and unusual work HIT ... Squat is either done with Bench or DL and that too with some heavy a$$ wt. This required some monstrous strength ... great going buddy ...

Thx gents

Squat Day

I'm back, spent a glorious 5 days at the lake, no training just lots of water fun. Came back today and squatted, everything felt nice n healed just a bit sluggish, I have no idea how people only squat once per week, it throws me way out if I take a few days. Anywho started a new ramp at 125kg, will go up from there, I'll also do a little assistence for kicks.

Squat

1x2 125kg
1x2 140kg
1x1 150kg
1x1 160kg
4x8 125kg

Deadlift

Up to 177.5kg felt giddy, lack of food on drive home

DB Swings

3x15-25

I know what you mean. This is how I feel when I go back to lower frequency squatting. Putting this quote in the increasing strength thread.

Bench/Squat Day PM Workout

Went back in for a double whammy tonight and did some benching and squatting. I have done something to my LH shoulder blade, probably fromm jumping off jetties and doing dumb shit at the lake!. I'll have to rearrange the squat workouts a bit, need a break from the straight bar it was agonising.

Bench/Squat Day PM Workout 1/1/13

Bench press

8x4 95kg

Squat

3x6 132.5kg
1x3 PUSSY!

Back to rotating bars for a bit, will be a nice break from the monotony of just squatting and benching, let this shoulder heal. I love training like that.

ME Squat Day

Today I dragged out the ol SSB for a few rounds of fun. I worked up to a tough new record of 140kg with a red band. I then hit a few speed sets with 90kg. I finished by hitting rows and chins. Solid day, will head back in tonight to do battle with the cambered bar plus bodybuilding for the legs.

ME Squat Day 2/1/13

SSB Squat + Red Band

1x1 110kg
1x1 125kg
1x1 140kg (PR)
10x2 90kg for speed

Chins

1x12 BW
1x8 + 5kg
1x6 + 7.5kg

1 Arm BB Rows

3x12 Up To 35kg + the bar
