Bench/Squat Day Tonight was a solid night, I benched for sets of 9 with 90kg, these went well bench felt great, I then did concentric squat/GMs off pin 28 with 4 chains up to a max single of 148.5kg. I then dropped down to 90kg for a couple rep sets. I reckon this exercise might be the cure for weak hammies cos my legs were toast after this!! I finished with some bicep curls. Bench/Squat Day 14/11/12 Bench press 4x9 90kg Concentric Squat/GM Pin 28 + 4 Chains 1x3 95kg 1x2 110kg 1x1 125kg 1x1 140kg 1x1 148.5kg (PR) 1x12 90kg 1x10 100kg Barbell Curls 1x10 30kg 2x6 35kg |

Squat/Deadlift Day Today I got a lot of work in, I squatted for for 8 sets of 4 with 3 wheels. Not super heavy but it’s the volume that wears you down, I made all sets without too much strain tho. I then pulled sumos for 10 sets of 3, using just shy of 4 wheels, this was tough but a real good workout. My deadlift is feeling pretty good, and I have never done this sort of volume on them before. Overall I seemed to have adjusted to the workload again although I have modified it slightly by spacing out the high volume squat workouts a little more and replacing them with max effort variants. I’ll do this just for now and then really ramp it hard after the push pull. Squat/Deadlift Day 15/11/12 Squat 8x4 142.5kg Deadlift 10x3 177.5kg Food x Millions I need to weigh in soon, I would really like to train at 100kg (220lbs) for a while (and not look too disgusting) my bench would probably love that. |

Bench/Squat Day OK I have missed a few days been UBER stressed with work, one of the worst work weeks I have had for a very long time. Still been training, I am just starting the last week of smolov bench and its getting tough. Last night was 95kg for sets of 9. I managed 9 on the first set but 8 on every set after. That’s still is sets across of my old 7rm so that aint bad I suppose. I then did GMs with chains paused on pin 29. I was smoked after this and called it a night. ME Squat Day
Very good night tonight, I squatted with the orange band up to a new max of 160kg, that’s 350lbs I believe. I then added a high box, took my stance way out and hit a few speed sets. I finished by doing high rep Dimels/RDLs whatever with a snatch grip, some GHRs and then some ab work. Very strong night, squat feeling great.
