Swede thx mate, its been workin well so far, I put about 40kg on my squat since Aug/Sept last year, also my depth has improved significantly, so win win! True BtB, so it was a good day! Thx Pull, he is competing all weekend then its time to start training, should be good. |

Bench/ Squat Day
I benched today for some clustered singles, worked around 110-115kg. I then threw on some minis and did some speed benching. Moved to incline DBs next and finished with tricep extensions to the nose. Rounded out a pretty good day with a squat PR against an orange band and 2 chains. I like this movement, tough. Bench/Squat Day 24/3/12 Paused bench 3x1 110kg 3x1 112.5kg 3x1 115kg Speed Bench vs Minis 10x3 3 Grips 45kg Incline DBs 4x10-12 22.5kg Tri Extension 5x10 Squat + Orange Band and 2 Chains 1x1 122.5kg 1x1 130kg 1x1 137.5kg 1x1 143.5kg (PR) 7x2 90kg |

ME Squat Day
SSB vs 3 chains today, worked up to a new record of 3 plates (140kg). I then backed off down to 75-80kg for speed, all sets were done with 30 secs rest between sets. I got alot of sets in today in a very short time, and they were all nice n fast which is something I think I have neglected somewhat for a while. I then hit chins and RDLs for supp work. Good day, tired now tho! ME Squat Day 25/4/12 SSB Squat + 3 Chains 1x1 120kg 1x1 130kg 1x1 140kg (PR) 5x2 75kg 5x3 75kg 5x2 80kg Chins 1x5 +10kg 1x4 +12.5kg 1x7 +17.5kg 1x7 + 12.5kg 1x7 +10kg RDLs 4x12 to 115kg Ham Curls 2x15-20 Millions x Food! |
