you like doing pauses? I do them for the last few reps when I do higher rep stuff. I am actually just as strong with a pause as I am touch and go. Prob just in a better grove.

J I am not the best at pausing for long enough! but if I try go TnG I get all wonky, its weird. Heres 2 weeks of liftin, anyone see anything that I could do better with the benching? Cheers |
